I support young adults and caregivers navigating the emotional toll of living with food allergies so they can truly thrive.
My work is deeply informed by my own journey as a food allergy parent, including years of managing my daughter’s severe reactions and emergency room visits.
I offer a compassionate, informed space to process fear, anxiety, and overwhelm while building practical coping skills, confidence, and resilience in everyday life with food allergies.
I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts (in-person and telehealth). I am also licensed to practice via telehealth in Connecticut, and Maine.
